Why reinvent the wheel?
Just like buying a house or a car, the price for custom design work is something that cannot be accounted for without answers to key questions. Before placing a Design Requests, it would be most helpful to us if you can provide some of the following information:

Web Development

» What type of budget have you allocated to this project? Do you have a range in mind: (under $1,000), ($2,000 - $5,000.00), ($6,000 - $10,000)?

» How do you intend to use your web site? How does it fit in to your business development goals? When would you like to go live with it?

» Please provide at least 3-web sites that you like and dislike. The colors, page layout and other graphic elements will give us a sense of direction throughout the development process.

» For portfolio sites, remember to document your development process with photos and project descriptions.

» Do you intend to maintain your site once it is completed? will you need training on how to do so?

» Do you need a domain name (web URL address)?

» What is your web hosting company? Do you need one as well? Hosting and domain names are not included in web development prices.

» Also, we need the "FTP, User Name, and Log In" information provided by your hosting company. It will give us an idea as to the capabilities of the plan you've signed up for. For example: file storage and transfer bandwidth, e-commerce features, video streaming, online registration forms, etc.

PowerPoint Presentations

» What is the nature of your presentation? How do you intend to use it (onscreen only)?

» Do you have a branded look? Is your presentation in need of a redesign? Do you have several presentations that need to be reformatted to include the new logo and company color scheme?

» What is the date of your presentation event? Where will it take place? What time is the rehearsal? How many speakers will use the same presentation template? Will they need help formatting their section of the presentation?

» Do you or your staff need training on how to maintain the integrity of your presentation?

» Will you need someone on-site to run the presentation? (on-site support for events in the greater Fort Lauderdale area only)

» How sensitive is the information you are about to present? Will you require a courier/hand delivery of all files and the final presentation?

» What type of budget have you allocated to this project?

» Have you chosen a printer and materials (paper stock and printing process)?

» Counting backwards, what time frame are we looking at in regards to design, proofing, development, and final delivery?
