All clients will be required to review and
sign off on an Independent Contractor Agreement. This agreement
will contain the full terms of the project as well as a price
estimate. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of
50% of the estimated total price is required before the project
commences for high-end web/brand development. For custom design packages, we provide one
layout mockup for review. If you would like several styles to
choose from, they are available for an additional fee. After a design mockup has been approved, any
further design changes resulting in recoding/redesign will result in
additional fees. All text is to be supplied in electronic format,
preferably in the most common software, such as MS Word, Notepad or WordPad. All Photos are to be supplied in electronic
format, with note as to where you would like them inserted. Extensive Scanning of images & documents, in addition to conversion to "PDF" files may result in additional cost.
